Factors influencing pupils' attitudes towards a healthy lifestyle

The diploma thesis deals with attitudes of 2nd grade primary school pupils to a healthy lifestyle. Trying to answer the question Which of the factors offered are the most interesting for this target group and therefore the most motivating? Work and unveiling personal and social lives and their views on human health today. The research tool is a questionnaire on two different and independent schools. It goes through a deeper probe in to the viewer level and at the same time reveals their everyday leisure habits. At the end of the thesis, an alternative offer of educational activities is proposed, which can complement the upcoming offer that is currently being implemented in schools. The negative impact of long-term health sessions

The aim of the thesis are definitions of risks and complications due of long-term sitting on a physical and mental health. The theoretical part defines the point of movement in human life and focus on changes close to the lifestyle. The practical part focus on a time spent by sitting, on research of the workplace quality, means possibilities to change body positions, and on compensation of sitting in a free time.
Self- concept, nutrition and movement habits between university students in Czech Republic and Greece

Title: Self-concept, nutrition and movement habits between university students in Czech Republic and Greece Objectives: The aim of this work is comparation between university students of sport faculties in the Czech Republic and Greece in the way of their self-concept, nutrition and movement habits. Methods: In our thesis we used the method of questioning. There were questioned one hundred of Czech students studying FTVS UK in Prague and the same figure of Greek students studying The Demokritos University in Komotini. Rate between genders was in both cases 1:1. Results: We found out that both monitored groups showed mistakes in composition of nutrition. Quantity of sport is in both cases similar. Greek students are more satisfied with their habits and general appearance. Keywords: nutrition, movement habits, self-concept, general appearance, satisfaction
